GRYT-1549. Upload links are signed per file now, instead of carrying the file token. This documents how to sign one, the
fileKeyonserver:joinedandtoken:refreshed, and the newfile:keyevent. The uploads table also said the GET needed no auth, which hasn't been true since GRYT-740.Server: Gryt-chat/server#251. Merge this one after it. The reference check reads the server's main branch and finds no
