Server API: MLS replies stay under ten binary parts (GRYT-1528) - #144

socket.io closes the connection past ten binary parts. The MLS section now says so, and says how mls:sync, mls:log:fetch and mls:keypackages:claim page around it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>

Server API for Gryt-chat/server#247 (GRYT-1528). socket.io closes the connection on a packet with more than ten binary parts, so the MLS section says so, and gives the paging for
mls:sync(moreWelcomes),mls:log:fetch(ten a page) andmls:keypackages:claim(more).Merge it after server#247. The reference check reads server main.
