Document the channel scope and permission template socket events - #122

server:channels:scope:get, server:channels:scope:set, server:channels:scope and the four server:permissions template events were never on the socket reference. Listing them lifts its coverage to 155 of 212. That leaves room for the four folder permission events Gryt-chat/server#207 adds. They can only go on the page once the server has them (GRYT-1349). This adds the channel permission events that were never on this page: a channel's scope and the permission templates. Gryt-chat/server#207 adds four more socket events for folder permissions. While this page is missing them, the server's reference check fails that PR at 69%. This page can't name those four until the server has them, or its own check calls them stale. So the seven that already exist go in first, which lifts that PR to 72%. The four new ones follow once Gryt-chat/server#207 merges, in GRYT-1349. Part of GRYT-1306.
