Show mentions as names in a reply's quote - #821

The quote above a reply cut the raw text to length, so a mention showed as [@carlo](mention:user_...). It goes through toPlainNotificationText first now, the same as a notification: @name, #channel, and no markdown. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
