The client half of Gryt-chat/server#276.

Owners: Server settings → Overview gets an Uploads section above the limits:

  • One line on what the host does. Either "New pictures and videos are checked and written out again in a sandbox before anyone sees them", or, on a host without the sandbox (the Windows zip, a source install): "This server can't check uploads in a sandbox, so it shrinks pictures itself and can't take videos. Hosting from the Gryt desktop app, or with Docker, does both."
  • A switch, Let members use video avatars and banners. It's greyed out with "Not available here: it needs the same sandbox." where the host can't do it. It saves on change, like the spam filter.

Members:

  • The avatar and banner pickers offer video only when at least one of their servers takes it.
  • A video goes only to the servers that take one, with a toast saying how many. The rest keep what they have.
  • The banner group says in a line which of those cases applies.

An older server sends neither field. The section stays hidden there and pickers offer pictures only, which matches what such a server can take.
