The 1.0.0 wheel built by the publish workflow contained no weights because they were only present in local checkouts. Track the four safetensors files (25 MB) so wheels built from a clean checkout include them, drop the CI weight-download step, and make the publish workflow refuse a wheel that lacks them. The
igfold==1.0.0wheel published from CI contains no model weights, because the weights were gitignored and only present in local checkouts. This PR:igfold_*.safetensorsfiles (25 MB total) so wheels built from a clean checkout include themFollow-up: yank 1.0.0 on PyPI (it cannot run without weights) and release v1.0.1.
