Future research sessions had to scan an accumulated outcome inventory and mixed route tables to recover the next unpaid operation. This change makes WORKSPACE.md a current checkpoint with direct dependency links and explicit update ownership; it groups route assessments and retained session records by mechanism and centralizes focused checks plus the complete validation gate in scripts/README.md.

Only five working documents change. All 113 existing route-decision rows are preserved verbatim, all prior research-catalogue links and entry anchors remain, and proof files, scientific code, tests, evidence, selected claims and the general frontier are unchanged. The scientific checkpoint now correctly names PR #270.

Validation on tree c41c0371e9839c6dc66ad2ef38d6cca0eea6cf6b:

• 38 existing navigation, narrative and mathematical-syntax tests passed.
• New local links and anchors resolve; preservation checks and an independent fresh-session continuity review passed.
• Four changed Markdown pages passed SVG MathJax and native MathML rendering at desktop and narrow widths (60 expressions, 27 tables); representative previews were visually inspected.
• Local validation covered all 2,087 tests. An executor interruption followed 923 successful tests; recovery on the same tree and Python/NumPy versions passed the remaining 1,165 tests with one overlapping test. Independent CI runs execute the full collection uninterrupted.
• All ten local-gate checks are covered: compilation, walkthrough, three native examples (including residual QBP at q=16), the recovered test collection, four matching scientific receipt suites, offline provenance, and both resource ledgers. Expected fixtures remain unchanged.
• All five head checks passed: full presentation CI and all four numerical push/PR jobs on Python 3.11 and 3.13. The tested PR merge tree is identical to reviewed tree c41c0371e9839c6dc66ad2ef38d6cca0eea6cf6b. The final duplicate branch job also completed successfully.
