feat: add the organisation project hub - #1

A single hand-written page at the org root, listing QuickRem, QuickTiler, QuickTS and awsdiag with links to each one's docs and source. It follows the project docs sites: static files in docs/, served as-is by Pages, no framework, no build step and no JavaScript. The look is taken from the logo. The top band stays dark in both colour schemes because the logo's silver wordmark only reads on black; the rest follows the reader's system setting. Orbitron is self-hosted so the page makes no third-party requests. Images are derived from assets/logo-source.png by `just assets`, which also writes the GitHub org avatar. A Playwright suite (Chromium and Firefox) checks links, assets, axe in both schemes, 360px layout and reduced motion.
