The skill’s Excessive Agency example cites LLM06:2026, but the current manifest-selected corpus identifies it as LLM03:2026. Correct the example to match the vendored heading. Separately, correct the README’s public-release claim from v1.1.0 to v1.0.1, matching the latest published release, changelog and installation metadata.

Validation: git diff --check passed, and both replacements were compared directly with their source records. The diff changes one line in each file. This does not overlap the duplicate-divider removal in #3.

The corpus, licenses and installation version fields are unchanged. CONTRIBUTING describes patch versioning for text fixes and requires a bump for skill behavior changes; these source-alignment corrections are supplied without a release bump for maintainer release-policy adjudication. No model-accuracy improvement is claimed.
