- add resource files for single binary installs
- files: priorities.xml, hints.xml, mameMap.csv, peas and platforms ids
- file definitions.dat: QRC loading/handling for Importscraper
- file artwork.xml: QRC loading for compositor
- files tgdb_*: QRC loading for TheGamesDB scraper
- XDG filepath support when testing for configfiles
- add --configinfo and --ini to bash completion
- testcases for config class
- update docs
