The dashboard half of #720 as Aanchal wrote it, squashed: accounts (scrypt hashes, created by staff), login with CSRF, throttling and strict cookies, vendor and staff views, presigned multipart uploads bound to their declared sizes, staff approve / decline one at a time or in bulk, and the standard-library upload CLI it serves. Adds the dashboard extra (flask) to pyproject.toml. Her code as of origin/aanchal/ingest 5820f84; the next commit points it at the per-vendor buckets and the new watcher states. Uploads already land in the vendor's ingest-<vendor> bucket through the store's routing; the views name the watcher's new states (converting, commit_rejected; processing, committing and stale are gone) and the full-loop test runs the watcher with in-process jobs and the committer. A delivery whose report lists waived metadata (report["waived"], from missing_metadata) shows a warning panel naming the fields before staff reach Approve / Decline, so a waiver is a visible, case-by-case decision. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>
