카톡으로 인원을 먼저 모은 뒤 홈페이지에 일괄로 등록하는 흐름을 지원한다. - 멤버 추가 화면(/club/manage/members): 이름으로 찾아 여러 명을 체크한 뒤 한 번에 넣는다. 검색을 바꿔도 고른 사람이 남는다. 이미 멤버면 체크할 수 없고, 신청 중이면 넣을 때 승인된다. 정원은 막지 않고 경고만 한다 - 진입점: 리더는 관리 화면의 멤버 칸, 리더가 아닌 운영진은 소모임 상세와 대시보드 팀 화면 - 개설 폼: 운영진에게만 리더 지정 칸을 보인다. 운영진이 열면 바로 공개되므로 문구·버튼을 바꾸고, 개설 뒤 곧장 멤버 추가 화면으로 보낸다 Server #390 의 /clubs/{id}/members/candidates·/members/bulk, 개설 leaderId 를 쓴다. dev 실화면 테스트에서 찾았다. - 이미 정원을 넘은 소모임에서는 아무도 고르지 않아도 「모두 넣으면 정원을 넘어요」 가 떠 있었다. 고른 사람이 있을 때만 띄운다 - 넣은 결과·오류 안내가 본문 끝에 있어 멤버가 많으면 화면 밖이라 넣었는지 알 수 없었다. 하단 고정 버튼 바로 위로 옮긴다 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01WVjp26juethDSmvA7n51K4

#418·#421 운영 반영 — 리더·운영진이 소모임 멤버를 한 번에 넣는다. 운영진 개설 시 리더 지정.
develop 이 아니라 기능 브랜치에서 바로 올린다. develop 에 실기기 확인 대기 중인 PWA(#419)가 함께 들어가 있어 develop 을 통째로 올리면 그것까지 운영에 나간다. 이 PR 은 master 기준 소모임 파일 7개만 바뀐다.
Server #391(운영 main) 반영 확인 후 머지한다.
dev 실화면 확인: 운영진 개설(리더 지정·즉시 공개 → 멤버 추가 화면으로 이동), 여러 번 검색해 고르기·칩 빼기, 이미 멤버 체크 불가, 신청 중 → 승인, 정원 초과 경고·초과 추가, 내보낸 사람 다시 넣기, 진입점 3곳(관리·상세·대시보드), 390px 가로 넘침 없음.
