Bring the Chinese catalogue to eight articles: add seven localized titles and substantive digests, and replace the existing first card's generic translation notice with an actual digest. Every Chinese page clearly marks the full translation as pending, displays its short Chinese summary and links to the matching complete English article.

Original publication dates, authors, preview images and covers are preserved. Reciprocal Chinese alternate links are added to EN/RU metadata; their article bodies are unchanged.
Validation: both site-origin builds, existing policy/browser gates, eight matched Chinese cards and placeholders, eight live English targets, and desktop/phone screenshots passed. All eight notices and English navigation links were exercised in Chromium; the catalogue was inspected at 1440 and 390 px.
Ready for the owner's editorial review. Full Chinese translations remain explicitly pending.
