Scope
Add an illustrated EN/RU/zh-CN release preview, changelog entries, README and quickstart navigation, and shared scenario and Monte Carlo SVGs. Distinguish the PyPI 1.4.93 release, the v2.0.0 GitHub test baseline, and the 2.1 target. Keep publication in #109.
Validation
Installed 2.1.0.dev0 generated 240 hourly bars, verified replay bytes, validated the OHLCV grid, analyzed the scenario and exported SVG, PNG and offline HTML. A 256-path experiment reproduced the report bytes across two and one workers and rendered the pointwise quantiles. Rechecked the numbers and visually inspected both charts. On this exact source tree the shared gate passed 667 package tests, six expected skips and 84 lifecycle tests. Hosted CI and the exact-source dev acceptance are tracked here.
Closes #137
Relates to #132, #119 and #28.
