Scope
Add reciprocal EN/RU/zh-CN guides for the OHLCV contract, regime model and limits, MT5 exchange, analysis and charts, generated API reference, and evidence provenance.
Validation
Python 3.12.14 shared gate: 654 passed, 6 expected skips, 84 lifecycle tests, 95.46% package coverage. Markdown and localized link gates passed. Two pdoc builds produced the same SHA-256. Isolated v2.0.0 CLI generated, replayed, analyzed and rendered the documented fixture. Hosted CI is required on this head.
