Adds Community (https://communityapp.stream) chat integration. Streamers can setup customization for their viewers that show on both the stream overlay chat and (with this) native twitch chat.
Flairs
These are streamer-defined titles that attach and display next to a users name, using how pronouns plugin displayed it's text as a badge as a base. Users can also cut off the text or only display a shortened version.
Team Badges
Streamer creates "teams" on the website and then users can self-assign themselves to a team and it'll display that teams badge in the chat. Inspired by the Horde/Alliance badges Twitch supports natively but giving streamers total control over it.
I've tried to be very thorough in documenting the code and making sure it works as reliably as the pronouns one does.
