This MR introduces a new hidden page for the Sandbox Upload Endpoint that we introduced this cycle. This page has a very brief explanation of its use case along with a mention that access to Sandbox is required for use of the feature.
While adding the snippet, I noticed we had many similar snippets that could be merged to being one and accept a name, so I made that change and it now shows as follows on all the pages affected:
