Most developers learn the tools first, then figure out what users need. I spent years in IT support before writing a single line of production code — logging tickets, troubleshooting enterprise systems, watching software fail from the other side of the screen. When I moved into development, I already understood the problems I'd be solving. Today I work at Lince Tech building and maintaining enterprise web systems — resolving bugs, reviewing code, managing tasks in Jira, and shipping features in Java, JavaScript, jQuery and SQL Server. Outside work I build side projects to explore what I don't touch at the job yet — PWAs with biometric auth, WhatsApp bots, and automations with N8N. Currently studying Spring Boot and Docker to level up on the backend side. |

💧 HidroGásUtility meter management for condominiums The problem: condo managers tracked water and gas readings on paper, then manually typed everything into monthly reports. What I built: a full PWA where managers log readings with biometric login (WebAuthn), residents access their own history via a personalized QR code (zero login required), and reports generate and distribute themselves automatically. Zero manual work. Fully mobile. Offline-capable.
