The BAR image recipe previously checked only the plugin ELF header and retained no static dependency correspondence for the selected engine and plugin. The integration stage now records a bounded recursive image-local inventory before downloader launch, binds both root hashes, rejects missing/ambiguous/changing dependencies, and preserves the distinction from loader resolution and loaded ABI acceptance.
Validation: 32 local source controls passed, including one bounded readelf inspection of authored, nonexecuted ELF bytes. No compiler, loader, engine, image build, acquisition or native gameplay ran. Independent exact-head source review passed after repairing bounded-read and repeated-alias races. The 32-control result is retained as an observed tool result; raw subprocess streams were not separately retained. Required exact-head hosted CI remains a delivery gate.
Related: FS-GG/FS.GG.Coordination#1032. Its full image build/export/load/static-correspondence/readback/retirement promise and named old-writer/NVMe resource hold remain open; this source change does not close the Delivery.
