### Consumed third data-copy attempt and fresh destination (2026-10-05)

The separately admitted `v3-clr10` data-copy attempt failed after 119.65 seconds
when the bounded process census could not read an unrelated process executable.
That process was still observed in the same generation with running state; its
CLR classification remained unknown. The owned Python copy process was retired
with no remaining owned group or cleanup uncertainty. The last complete samples
recorded zero owned CLR and two total CLR; the incomplete refusal sample cannot
establish capacity at that instant.

The retained partial census contains 15,721 of 17,756 files and 1,800,521,469 of
2,111,386,119 bytes. No complete data-copy receipt exists. All three consumed
roots and their failures remain preserved. The finite mapping successor selects
the fresh `bar-native-seed-data-preparation-20261005-v4` destination and rejects
all three consumed destinations. Its 117 portable controls passed.

A fresh sealed copy source and separate admission remain required; this mapping
change supplies no census exception or runtime authority. Final source rereads,
complete destination custody and immutable directory finalization remain
unproved. Native useful play remains 0/6.
