Prepare the coherent Workspace 0.19.0 successor for the delivered optional Complete WASM policy composition. The packaging version and all five Workspace provider self-pins advance together; public 0.18.2, dependency versions, provider contracts/floors, default application locks and the accepted PR713 consumer bytes are preserved. This selects source, not publication.
Add a closed direct-only 0.19.0 WASM mode to the maintained public-reference qualifier. It binds the downloaded public archive and descriptor to their raw hashes, package identity/source and immutable tag, verifies actual generated optional sources/configuration and both locks, checks independent default and opt-in graphs without ProjectReferences, and selects the package-owned production build and nine browser definitions per family. The private receiver checker refuses successor provider/Wizard routes; the original 0.18.1 FourD/provider/Wizard routes remain intact. Qualified SDK/tools/browser/platform, original deadlines and native cleanup remain caller obligations; no path or source comment grants qualification.
Validation: actual private checker compilation; all 186 retained inert assertions, 20 successor checker fixture controls, 19 shell preflight controls and six actual-metadata/negative family controls passed. Synthetic fixtures do not establish publication or a new installed consumer. The original empty legacy-argument and nested-fixture mutation failures are retained. The owning report preserves the accepted PR713 Fable/guest/production and 27-case source-browser milestone, its explicit Firefox compatibility and wrapper-only cleanup limits.
Required checks must qualify this new source head normally. Tagging, publisher dispatch/publication, genuine public 0.19.0 installed runtime, retaining upgrades, provider/Wizard/AT/native-exit acceptance and the whole GAME-TEMPLATE outcome remain separate. Publication is none.
