Prepare the existing external-reference receiver to consume an explicitly pinned Templates nupkg in a private template hive and caches. The package-only candidate mode verifies exact retained Rendering archive and Fable bytes, validates generated literal project/source/import references, and preserves the source-built route.
Validation: six offline source/refusal tests passed under the maintained bounded owner; the accepted three source files are byte-identical after rebasing onto main. Native package install and public release/adoption remain pending.
