Register the promoted coherent0.114.5 release from immutable05fb source after all16 publication effects verified. Advance coord-engine package-version/tag and canonical repository tool pin, preserve all original release and failed/checkpoint history, and regenerate the public projections and source digests.
Validation: maintained registry preparation/check pass, structural writer census75source identities/345executables pass, registry changelog fixture28pass0fail. The initial authored entry placement failed the live-date leg; corrected using the maintained writer below Entries, preserving that failure. No installed selector, protected pair or timer changes.
