Correct the canonical FS-GG skill entrypoints that still exposed sealed release steps or executable retired intake. Keep check-board inspection read-only, route FS-GG landing through scoped PR delivery, and recover only actual user authority. Both authored skill roots and maintained manifests/registry projections remain aligned.

Compose the selected prospective coherent 0.112.0 source against promoted 0.111.0, including its closed read-only feed selector and causal fixtures. Preserve original journals, historical recovery, published package pins and the independent Host 0.8 route.

Reconcile the independently accepted original Telemetry Host 0.8.0 publication in the registry and generated inventory. Preserve prior 0.7 history and open Home/full-4707 acceptance; no producer change or republish.

Align Creator021 normal-source qualification with the actual current112 project graph; retain020/110 and frozen108/publication identities.

Validation: the first full CI run exposed a missed current-source closure assumption in the initial pure preflight (112 build versus111 qualifier). The original compiled and pure refusals are retained; four existing pure closure/authority controls now pass, including stale111 rejection. Maintained prepare-registry check; offline feed-coherence45 controls; candidate20 tests; full recovery204 tests (two skips); hosted-read14 controls; validated filing; lifecycle106 causal controls; assembled skill preflight18 tests,17 negative controls and29 skill link checks. Original fixture failures were retained and repaired. Local CLR and full semantic qualification were not run.

References #4789 and the governing skill-currency selected-adoption plan. The Delivery retains unfinished publication, selected SDD materialization, actual Codex and hub entrypoint discovery, mismatch/restoration and owned consumer-exception acceptance. This source PR establishes none of those results.
