Prepare the normal coherent 0.111.0 source successor for the resource-aware work-board guidance already delivered through #4751. Four packaged leaves changed within the same 22-leaf population. Bind the existing candidate/readiness route to genuinely completed 0.110.0 and the prospective root-selected journal coord111-resource-aware-20261021-01.

Source version advances to 0.111.0; published versions/tags and installed pins remain 0.110.0. Creator and SDD release axes remain unchanged. The normal candidate, publisher budgets, historical recovery selectors and effect guards are preserved.

Validation: independent exact-source review passed; 20 candidate controls pass, including the actual workflow predecessor command through the maintained consumer and a causal refusal for the frozen stale-source predecessor. Recovery controls: 201 passed, two retained historical skips. Maintained registry preparation/check, mirrors, original17-path scope (including current-version release notes) and diff checks passed. The accepted #4764 protected base integrates without changing any reviewed source blob. The original actual engine-release-notes failure is preserved; the current project narrative now announces0.111.0, preserving all advisory/history bytes. Static single-property expansion is3593/35000 characters; actual hosted MSBuild qualification remains required.

Refs #4743 and #4730. Source readiness does not publish packages, establish installed caller/instruction adoption, prove two useful local runtime operations overlapped, or close the full acceptance. Existing failures and Unknown reservations remain. Candidate/preflight/publication require separate root admission and fresh native eligibility, including the presently Unknown private-feed collision observation.

The actual registry-changelog failure is retained. The new entry now follows the existing canonical dated-bullet format inside Entries; the unchanged maintained checker demonstrably refuses the original and accepts the repair. Every prior changelog byte is preserved.

The original Creator021 normal-source closure failure is retained: the package built, then strict coherent dependency metadata rejected the stale110 expectation against the current111 source graph. The three-path repair selects111 for current021 source qualification, retains historical020 source110 and all published-release bindings, and corrects only the package notes. Full pure successor controls:211 passed; final focused closure/source-axis controls passed after adding the historical020→111 refusal. Causal mutations of current021 back to110 and historical020 forward to111 are both refused. Creator remains0.21.0; no publication or installed-adoption evidence is inferred. Total authored scope is the20 approved paths.

The publishing skill now directs coherent cuts to trace normal consumers and run maintained pure closure/source-axis controls alongside registry preparation, preserve historical/published bindings, check the actual changelog/release-note operand, and keep source checks distinct from CLR evaluation. Both mirrors and their maintained operator hash projections are updated; independent narrow review and registry/frontmatter/diff checks passed. This adds no release effect or framework.

The accepted protected cohort56 base 07bda8e is integrated in the same branch: independent mechanical review verifies all20 authored blobs and both incoming enrollment documents byte-preserved, with disjoint paths. Acceptance uses current-head/base CI, not an inherited old-base result.

Current protected Fable base 6e046642 is integrated into this same PR. Mechanical review checks all 20 authored blobs unchanged and all three incoming Fable blobs equal to protected main. The incoming files are disjoint from this repair. The prior original engine run and transport failures remain retained; acceptance requires the new source-integration event and its current head/base/tree, not a manual rerun or old-base waiver.
