FABLE-ADOPT-01 child: actual AT/accessibility/provider journeys #4817

Open

Description

@EHotwagner

Owner

Programme/root accountable for complete acceptance; review_home_stage owns the selected held current-reference AT observer source on routine/4817-current-reference-at-held. Existing Rendering/provider and Studio source owners retain their contracts; no native AT operator is selected.

Done when

The quoted scope below, met on the current published reference with exact package identities read back.

actual AT/accessibility/provider journeys

Elaboration (not part of the quoted scope): the existing AT history (38064291547, 38080394981, 38086263814, 38110687748, 38116308308/a1) is preserved and not replayed.

Current deliverable

Normal source delivery is accepted: Templates PR770 merged at 2026-10-24T02:07:01Z as 63b70dfa8d8f43b13dc26201590ab0c01cfb8a90, retaining reviewed head b0796abb1e0c513245daae0ea501047be9b6be65 and tree 4593629fa5d1036d965aebe82ce93cb479b01dfe. Exact-head native CI completed 17 checks (13 success, four skipped). Four AT functional paths retain the independently approved source, with nineteen focused Python controls. A separately admitted matched Node26.10.0 original passed 38 inert companion controls; the earlier mismatched-runtime guard failure remains retained. These establish source delivery and component controls only, not actual AT journeys.

Next action

The existing AT source owner and Programme/root reconcile the delivered observer with the actual published producer and maintained caller, and prepare a concrete full-custody journey for review. Resolve provider/Studio/IME applicability and desktop/operator requirements before selecting any native AT operation. Keep CURRENT_PUBLIC_AT_ADMISSION=None; no browser or desktop launch follows from source delivery or inert controls. No new implementation lane or runtime operation is selected by this boundary update.

Blocked on

Full current-public producer/caller custody, actual Studio/provider/IME/desktop AT, durable product-save and complete #4817 acceptance remain unqualified. Existing external-journey semantics and historical acceptance retain their scopes. Source CI and PR770 delivery are complete; skipped optional full qualification is not AT evidence. No full AT campaign, old grant, failure replay or historical hold release is inferred.

Acceptance evidence

Boundary2026-10-24: earlier-three source FS-GG/FS.GG.Templates#769; AT source FS-GG/FS.GG.Templates#770; delivered BAR prerequisite source FS-GG/FS.GG.Coordination#1060; existing journal source FS-GG/FS.GG.Coordination#1059. Each retains only its stated scope.

Source boundary: DOM protected delivery FS-GG/FS.GG.Templates#767; current D5 conditional source selection #4849 (comment); SAME journal PR FS-GG/FS.GG.Coordination#1059; retained scoped native acceptance #4816 (comment). Each supports only its explicit scope.

#4710 CLOSED/COMPLETED and accepted at #4710 (comment); run39933243864/a1 qualified45/45 within its original default-product/WASM scope. Original AT runs38064291547,38080394981,38086263814,38110687748,38116308308/a1 and later38138070411 log-budget failure remain retained. Unrelated Orca-stage passes do not establish the new controls screen-reader journeys.

AT source delivery reconciliation (2026-10-24): PR770, protected merge63b70dfa, reviewed-head checks. Native readback confirms 17 completed checks (13 success/four skipped). Stable Atlas templates/current-reference-at-source-boundary, record ec833611b84f02c9166d0332bb32f44ab77812e76f2b416d60fd1e7924a606bb, retains the scoped 38 inert Node controls, original failed version guard, source provenance and remaining full-custody/AT gaps. These do not close #4817 or parent #4646; historical accepted scopes, failures and Unknown holds remain unchanged.
