Requires human review: Retires v1 badge rendering, moving public badge URLs to Cloudflare rewrites and announcing v1 EOL with deprecation headers. Needs sign-off: it changes externally visible badge behavior and relies on already-deployed edge rules not verifiable in the diff.

Requires human review: Retires v1 badge rendering, moving public badge URLs to Cloudflare rewrites and committing to a 2027 badge EOL. This changes externally visible badge behavior; a human must confirm the edge rules and own the lifecycle policy.

Remove the v1 badge renderer and its license lookup. Cloudflare rewrites old badge URLs to v2; the old minimum-version badge displays the full requirement. Keep the plain-text version endpoint with a release-only query.
Only badge URLs retire on 5 February 2027 at 00:00 UTC. V1 list, detail, and version endpoints remain available, with retirement to be announced at least six months after a stable FOSSBilling release ships the v2 installer. FOSSBilling 0.8.9 still uses v1.
The deployed Cloudflare configuration has three badge rewrites, a badge-only Sunset rule, and a separate v1 deprecation rule. Record definitions, IDs, migration guidance, and manual retirement steps in the v1 service directory. At the February cutoff, remove the badge rules while retaining the v1 service and its deprecation notice.
