Summary

• stop installing, updating, verifying, discovering, and source-reconciling Data Machine Code
• retire the Homeboy-to-DMC ability adapter and resolver while preserving provenance-checked cleanup of installer-owned stale files and settings
• make explicit Git checkout roots the sole workspace authority for OpenCode, Claude Code, Homeboy components, profiles, and verification
• fail closed when repository authority is missing or contradicts owned mode
• update current guidance, setup-profile compilation, migration inventory validation, and CI coverage

Progresses #525. This does not uninstall an existing DMC plugin, delete DMC tables/options broadly, dispose persisted flows/jobs/bundles, or archive the DMC repository.
