@grgia recently merged #101339, but they are OOO right now, so I'll auto-assign someone else.

👋 Friendly reminder that deploy blockers are time-sensitive ⏱ issues! Check out the open `StagingDeployCash` deploy checklist to see the list of PRs included in this release, then work quickly to do one of the following:

    1. Identify the pull request that introduced this issue and revert it.
    2. Find someone who can quickly fix the issue.
    3. Fix the issue yourself.

    Deploy Blocker Investigation

Causing PR: Add liquid glass bottom tab bar to iOS, Android and mWeb by sumo-slonik. I'm highly confident this PR is the cause. I'm less confident in the exact Android mechanism, because I haven't tested it on a device.

Recommendation: Demote and fix forward. Don't revert. The bug is gated behind the insightsPage beta and isn't in production. Account still opens after a few taps. #101339 is a ~90-file navigation rewrite, and [CP Staging] Fix liquid glass bottom tab bar issues builds on it. If anyone insists on a revert, revert both PRs together.

Same root cause, so one fix should cover all three issues:

    Suggested fix (pick one):

    1. Choose the hidden tab only after betas load, for example with isBetaEnabledOrUnknown. Then the native tab set never changes mid-session.
    2. Remount Tabs.Host when the hidden tab changes, for example by keying it on that value.
    3. On Android, keep the Account tab mounted and hide only its bar item.
    Why #101339 is the cause
Likely mechanism (not tested on a device)
    1. At launch, Account mounts as a native tab. When betas load, Account becomes hidden.
    2. [Requires Insights Beta] 101339 - Android - Account is displayed on bottom and top bar on insightbeta #104274 shows that Android never actually removes the old native Account tab. This looks like the same Fabric child-removal problem that [CP Staging] Fix liquid glass bottom tab bar issues #104238 worked around for re-keyed tabs.
    3. The native tab state is now out of sync with JS. You tap the avatar and JS moves to Account. The native side then fires a tab-selected or selection-rejected event, which navigates JS straight back to the visible tab. Since [CP Staging] Fix liquid glass bottom tab bar issues #104238 (stable-native-tab-identity.patch#L29-L42), tabs are matched by route name.
    4. Each bounce resyncs the native selection counter. That would explain why Account opens after a couple of taps.

I couldn't explain from the code why the Workspaces tab works. To confirm, capture Android logs after an avatar tap and look for tabSelectionRejected or tabSelected events.
