[Liquid Glass Follow Up][Bug] Landscape web: not enough space to scroll the Spend content #104200

Open

Description

@grgia
  1. Landscape web: not enough space to scroll the Spend content - show icons and labels inline on landscape web (like iOS native). Also reproducible on staging. (comment, proposal)
  1. Landscape web: Spend tab content cannot be scrolled, there is not enough room
    Labels: Bug, Daily

Action Performed

  1. Open the app in mobile web (Safari or Chrome) and rotate the phone to landscape.
  2. Open the Spend tab.
  3. Try to scroll the content.

Expected Result
The list scrolls and the content is reachable.

Actual Result
The tab bar takes so much vertical space in landscape that some Spend tabs have nothing left to scroll through. Also reproducible on staging.

Proposed fix
In landscape on web, show each tab's icon and label side by side (inline) instead of stacked. That makes the bar shorter, matching what iOS nativealready does in landscape.

    FYI I've been doing experiments in mweb landscape mode to make it more usable and fixed the same issue by making the whole screen scrollable in mweb landscape:

    but changing the new tab bar to take less vertical space makes sense of course
