Deploy Blocker Investigation

Causing PR: Consolidate integration to one Connection screen by Krishna2323 (high confidence).

Root cause: The suggest-integration handler opens the workspace's #admins room whenever policy.chatReportIDAdmins exists. Nearly every workspace has one, so Concierge is almost never reached. See WorkspaceConnectionsPage.tsx:163-174.

Recommendation: Fix forward rather than revert. The bug is one function, and the PR adds the whole Connections page behind the unifiedConnections beta.

Fix: Replace the handler body with:

const openSuggestIntegration = () => openConciergeAnywhere({forceConcierge: true});

Then remove the now-unused accountManagerReportIDSelector, the ONYXKEYS.ACCOUNT useOnyx call, and their imports.

Investigation details

Callers: the footer link at L347-L348 and the "suggest an integration" link in the empty/no-results state at L336. Both have the bug.
Why it opens #admins on web: openConciergeAnywhere passes reportID straight to the side panel (useOpenConciergeAnywhere/index.tsx:18-21).
Where the logic came from: It copies the old Accounting page's "talk to your onboarding specialist" routing (PolicyAccountingPage.tsx:307-318). An earlier version of the PR used forceConcierge: true. Commit e480530 switched it to this routing.
Concierge is intended: The PR's own QA step says "Click the footer. Check that Concierge opens." On [WIP] Consolidate integration to one Connection screen, JmillsExpensify confirmed suggestions go to Concierge.
Platform discrepancy: The issue lists Android and iOS too. But the native hook (index.native.tsx:26-27) ignores reportID and always opens Concierge. From the code, only web should be affected. The fix covers all platforms either way.
Related blocker from the same PR: Onboarding - "Accounting" option is shown when "Accounting" tab is no longer available. Weigh both when choosing fix forward vs. revert.
No code review rule suggested: this is a product-intent mismatch, not a mechanically detectable pattern.
