Action Performed:
- Go to staging.new.expensify.com/concierge
- Log in with new Gmail account.
- Complete onboarding with Submit to my employers intent.
Expected Result:
#admins RHP will not open briefly.
Actual Result:
#admins RHP opens briefly.
#admins room is marked as unread when navigated to LHN.

The solution for this issue has been 🚀 deployed to production 🚀 in version 9.5.14-3 and is now subject to a 7-day regression period 📆. Here is the list of pull requests that resolve this issue:
