Point the backlog header at the snapshot workflow - #42

The header told you to sync after adding an asset, which reads as though a content-only edit does not need it. CONTRIBUTING section 4 already covers this properly, so link there rather than restate it.

The two home layouts were a comparison, and the carousel one won. Promote /home-carousel to /, and drop the route and the "Change Home Page View" button that switched between them. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <[email protected]>
text-lg sat below the eyebrow and blurb in weight for what is the card's subject. Bump to text-xl, text-2xl from sm up. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <[email protected]>
The posters under public/repos are 16:10 screenshots, but the thumbnail was a 92px-wide 2:3 portrait box anchored to the top — it cropped away most of each shot and read as a stray sliver. Square it at 124px and centre the crop. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <[email protected]>
It was in the Live Demos catalogue under the Diplomacy theme but not listed as a project under the question it answers, so the portfolio showed the Diplomatic Simulator alone. Same repo and demo URLs as the products entry, so it inherits that entry's poster and named demos. Also updates the Media intro copy, which was already staged locally. A report on the WarGames-inspired terminal game: the 1983 film read as a design source, how the artefact is built, the futility proof, and what four tracks of Monte Carlo evaluation found about a language model asked to drive a scenario it can act on. Transcribed from PAPER.md in the War-Games repository, which is canonical. Filed under Diplomacy, and linked from the War Games project on the portfolio. The archived cards hid their demos, code, and reports behind a per-card "+". The archive is short, and those links are the reason the section exists, so show them outright. No state left, so the component drops "use client". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <[email protected]>
Matches the build and the measurements, and the rest of the cohort's papers. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <[email protected]>

The BACKLOG header said to run
npm run sync:static"after adding any asset below", which reads as though a content-only edit does not need it. It does — that is how the D-ID demo links stayed in the snapshot after being removed fromsite.ts.CONTRIBUTING section 4 now documents the snapshot workflow and drift check properly, so this links there instead of restating it.
Docs only; no source or snapshot change.
