Change
Update the DSH client build dependency from esbuild 0.25.12 to 0.28.2 and reuse the existing locked 0.28.2 installation. Keep the workspace lockfile's dependency declaration identical to the exact version in its manifest.
The React 19 upgrades proposed in #48 and #49 fail the DSH panel tests because each mixes React 18 and 19. The supported DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 host itself uses React 18, and the plugin's browser factory shares the host's React instance. Retain React 18 and its matching declarations, ignore Dependabot major upgrades for all four React packages until a coordinated host migration, and document the policy. Minor/patch updates and vulnerability alerts remain enabled.
