- Local ② generation now uses Qwen-Image 2.1 (core nodes only): ~26 s/shot vs ~65 s, ~7 GB vs ~20 GB of weights, better identity and medium on poses/emotions in an A/B on photo, anime and 3D-creature references
- Old 2511 + Multiple-Angles graph kept, unwired, in studio/comfy_workflows/legacy/
- Settings LDS_QWEN21_MODEL / _TEXT_ENCODER / _VAE replace LDS_QWEN_EDIT_MODEL / _TEXT_ENCODER / _VAE / LDS_ANGLES_LORA
- Local prompt is the same plain-English instruction as the cloud prompt; close-ups keep their setting; no negations locally; three-quarter fronts use camera-orbit wording, the left shot names the image edge
- Fix: apply_wardrobe appended the outfit after the style sentence
- Fix: a dead ComfyUI mid-batch crashed the run; httpx errors now fail one shot, and run_prompt tolerates stalled /history polls
- Loading a pre-0.17 plan with prompts shows a warning
- Remove ShotStyle.local and config.ENGINES
- 562 tests pass, ruff clean; live 24-shot runs on two references
