Still using XML 6 module

Still using XML 6 module,
and this is holding back the library everywhere.
Version 7 is actually fully compatible. XmlName is only marked deprecated, but I don't recommend to replace with
Xmlname.parts because it's not backwards compatible.

I want to second this. It's blocking u.a. the pdf and the printing package. Most packages are currently supporting XML 7.
