Migrate to React-Client

We are using 2FA, great module. Next thing we like to migrate to React-Client https://docs.mendix.com/refguide/mendix-client/react/
The SN_MFA_LoginPage is not compatible

Please consider updating the login page, so we can say "Bye Bye Dojo!"

Found a fix, Similar to the login with for the Native apps.

1. Add to MFA objects the attributes: UsernameInput, PasswordInput (Or better use the NPE)
2. Use Nanoflow commons action for signin, the first time with username and password.
3. The login action with the code, use a custom variant of the sign in action, that does not take in any inputs

Additional note:

1. In SUB_MFA_Validate the token generation is should be toString(round(random() * 150000) + 100000) instead of toString( round(random() * 150000)) + 100000 else you will get a rand number that looks like : 150000100000

2. In the MultiFactorAuthLoginAction.java are additional check for mfamodule.proxies.constants.Constants.getEnabledMFA() however this is not necessary, as the authentication handler is only registered by the flows, when EnabledMFA is set.
