Portfolio triage phase 9 (2026-09-23)
Regression test sweep. Ran the project's existing test suite and recorded the baseline counts in
audits/2026-09-23-regression.md. No source, test, or schema files were touched.Counts in this commit are baseline numbers captured on the worker host. Heavier suites (Playwright browser tests, the connect.md apps/api pytest suite) were skipped per the heavy-install rule.
+1/-0(audit report only) on every branch. Main untouched until merge.
