By placing an 'x' in the boxes below, you confirm that your submission meets all requirements and you agree to the submission terms.

• Licensing: I agree to distribute the submitted material under the MIT License, and I confirm I have the right to distribute all included material.
• PSCAD Version: This model was created using PSCAD v5.1 or newer, or the PSCAD Free Edition.
• Technical Relevance: This submission demonstrates a concept relevant to power systems (e.g., modelling, automation, custom components, EMTDC programming, verification, or educational examples).
• External Resources: This submission does not depend on proprietary or closed-source external compiled resources (e.g., .lib, .obj, .dll). All required external source code is included.
• Compilation & Runtime: The model compiles and runs successfully with no red error messages and no unexplained yellow warning messages. (Compiler-dependent warnings are accepted only if unavoidable and clearly documented).
• ReadMe File: A ReadMe.txt file is included containing: Example version number, author name, author contact email, brief description (<100 words), and any special execution instructions.
• Model Quality: The model is complete, well-organized, and professionally presented. Components, labels, signal routing, page layout, and documentation are clear, consistent, and free of unfinished elements.
• Submission Review: I agree that EMT Tools may make edits (formatting, documentation corrections, model corrections) as part of the review process. Significant technical changes will be discussed prior to publication.
