Fixed-head review: 2a8c66d.
Reviewed the final main-relative manifest, lockfile, and changelog diff after both telemetry child merges and current-main integration. No application code changes. Restored the tested Windows dependency selections; the entire final tree is exactly 431d276bb8d68dd2f7c00606cf33082266f73b6e, equal to validated candidate 69cc166. No remaining blocking findings.
Validation: the combined local gate completed with 8,144 Rust tests passed (18 ignored). Its generated-doc, Go cache, and Wasmtime advisory failures were repaired and checked directly. The patched runtime passes 46 hook tests, 162 affected-consumer tests, all-feature workspace compilation and strict Clippy, actual Rust 1.96 compilation, and cargo-deny. Console typechecking, 282 tests, production build, and a headed Chrome fixture smoke pass; five live IronBus tests also pass. No remaining blocking findings for this change.
Limits: Helm and Docker are unavailable locally; pinned-runner hook latency was not measured. Merging on local evidence as requested, without waiting for GitHub CI.

Upgrade the optional telemetry API, SDK, OTLP exporter, and protobuf support together to 0.33 with tracing-opentelemetry 0.34. Includes merged #1487 and #1489. Integrates current main and retains the exact locally validated Cargo.lock, including Windows dependency resolutions.
The final tree is 431d276bb8d68dd2f7c00606cf33082266f73b6e, identical to validated candidate 69cc1660b5eb8f0749ec2b5a0082900e52b0661c.
Validation: the full local gate completed with 8,144 Rust tests passed and 18 ignored, but failed on generated docs, Go cache I/O, and Wasmtime advisories. Those failures were repaired and focused checks passed: documentation freshness, Go SDK tests, cargo-deny, all-feature workspace check and strict Clippy, Rust 1.96 hook compilation, 46 hook tests, and 162 affected-consumer tests. Console validation and five live IronBus tests also passed on the combined stack before the Wasmtime security patch.
Limits: Helm and Docker were unavailable; pinned-runner hook latency remains unmeasured. GitHub CI is not a merge prerequisite per maintainer instruction.
