Downloadable flight history

To run predictions locally we need to be able to download a standard formatted flight history for use in the predictor. We used to use XML, but to save data (especially as the file size gets large) - a CSV may be a better format.

time (as?), speed, latitude (dd), longitude (dd), altitude (ft?)
