Runiverse is where fitness meets serious engineering — live on both the Play Store and the App Store, with 5K+ users turning their daily runs into something they own. Not an experiment. Not a portfolio piece. A product with a name people recognize, a team of five behind it, and a roadmap I answer for as founder & CEO.
The engineering underneath is where I flex:
- Ported the entire app to iOS solo. One codebase, two stores, zero rewrite drama.
- Rebuilt our geospatial engine (UNI-X) from the ground up. Map rendering went from "go make chai" (5–6 seconds) to "already done" (300–650ms).
- Built the territory system on Uber's H3 hexagonal grid — real-time GPS, real-time claims, engineered to hold up at scale.
Brand on the outside. Systems depth on the inside. That's the whole thesis.
Div-AI — a personal AI assistant that lives entirely on my own machine. No cloud, no API keys, no "your data may be used to improve our services." It remembers conversations, searches the web, reads my calendar, and texts me on Telegram — all locally, because my personal data has trust issues.
