Sets level: max in phpstan.neon instead of level: 10. max always resolves to the strictest level the installed PHPStan has (10 in 2.x), so a PHPStan upgrade that adds a level is adopted automatically, as CLAUDE.md's code quality bar asks. The trade-off: such an upgrade turns CI red until the new errors are fixed.

  • Local run: [OK] No errors.
  • The README badge reads parameters.level from phpstan.neon with a "level " prefix, so it will show "level max".
  • Config and changelog only; nothing under src/ or bin/.

Review on head c1ad2d5: phpstan.neon level 10 changed to max (same level today in PHPStan 2.x), plus a changelog fragment. Nothing under src/ or bin/. All 24 checks are green, including PHPStan. Merging.
