If possible:

• please update the readme to reflect this
• please update the winget installer to add the correct path to the path variable

I'm a newcomer to the Windows worlds, so I might be very wrong. My impression was that the install path used by winget.exe can vary. Depending on at least whether it was run with administrator privileges or as an unelevated user account. What is your statement based on?
