The public site has migrated to https://hadiscover.ravensberg.org/, but repository links, hosted search-index defaults, and the API CORS allowlist still referenced the previous domain.

Updates those references consistently across documentation, Docker/CI configuration, release-note generation, and the robots.txt sitemap example. Replaces the production CORS origin while preserving localhost access, aligns the CORS documentation with the actual allowlist, and adds regression coverage for allowed origins, preflight requests, and unrelated origins.

GitHub Pages and the repository homepage already use the new domain, so no deployment settings are changed.

Validation

• Backend: 90 tests passed.
• Frontend: production build passed with the new search-index URL; generated assets contain the migrated URLs.
• No old domain references remain in tracked files.
• All pre-commit checks passed except the bundled ShellCheck hook, whose binary is incompatible with this Mac's CPU. Native ShellCheck 0.11.0 passed on all tracked shell scripts.
