…achines deep Documentation now mirrors the post-web-updates reality: the in-house binary cache is operational (cache.johnbargman.net), gitolite retired in favor of git-ssh.nix, backup topology validated across four machines, and the architecture boundary redrawn to match what genNginx actually emits.
…he fallen Living decision record captures spec, tracks, faults, and the modularisation boundary ahead. Dead guides retired to archive/; cluster-box boundary etched into the fleet record. Open decisions await the Admiral.
… armed game-server-1 sails first as the free-agent flagship (remote-dev + game server). Flake updates: per-input only. Host-key doctrine deferred to hardening. b2_master_sync_token held in reserve with intent. D-01/05/06 await.
Phase 0 complete: domain win-11-gaming-base still defined, XMLs archived sha256-verified, TPM state fresh, steam-library zvol intact. OVMF runtime gap and br0 question now precisely identified.
D-02: entire machine takes the Malayalam path — freezable, separately maintained. D-05: retention is intentional, deletion manual. D-06 routed to Malayalam known-issues. D-01 remains under discussion.

Seven goldens regenerated to the merged input reality (user-authorized). Audit: pure derivation-string drift — opencode 1.18.33→34 + opencode-desktop 2.0.23 (from origin/main merge), git-lfs-3.7.1 added (c771c3d). Nothing structural, nothing of the backup work. Full-fleet validate: 20/20 green.
