Requests to https://environment.data.gov.uk/cap/flood-alerts.atom are intermittently taking up to 2.2 minutes to respond.
I suspect there may be a faulty server in the load balanced pool or similar
The issue can be reproduced by simply pressing "refresh" in the browser - most requests will be very fast, then intermittently some will be extremely slow
This causes ingestion failures for consumers of the CAP feed
