- Add an "Apps" section header to the Active and Library pages to visually separate application lists from system content. - Refactor `DesignManagerHelpSheet` into a generic, reusable bottom sheet that displays a brief description and a primary button redirecting to online documentation, replacing the previous multi-card explanation layout. - Expand the Guides section in the Design screen with new documentation links (Customization, Design Hub, Custom Designs, Widgets, System Apps, Permanent Island, Inline Reply, Advanced) and update `DocumentationUrls`. - Drop `ca-rES` and `gl-rES` locales, and update English and Spanish string resources for the new documentation links and help sheets.
…th documentation links - Replace hardcoded tutorial bottom sheets in the Custom Translator editor (`ProgressGuideSheet`, `ActionGuideSheet`, `TranslatorBehaviorGuideSheet`, `TranslatorPillGuideSheet`) with a unified `DesignManagerHelpSheet` that redirects to the official online documentation. - Consolidate duplicate string resources across all translations by reusing generic strings (e.g., "Save", "All", "Done", "Active", "Settings", "Search"). - Drop unused and redundant string resources from all localization files to reduce bloat. - Use AndroidX `createBitmap` extension in `SystemUpdateSettingsScreen`. - Remove unused `LocalContext` in `ThemeInstallerActivity`.

This PR addresses Crowdin hosted word quota limits (bringing active hosted words comfortably under the 60,000 free tier limit) by removing duplicate keys, condensing verbose in-app guide copies, marking developer/mockup strings as non-translatable, and consolidating the Design Screen documentation guides into three primary section cards.
