- Watch/WatchRun/Notify grant and publish job events; /.craft/events requires a signed-in user with a role
- WatchRun pushes QueueStatusBridge.GetRun status (rolled-up runs, counts following the task list, one end)
- job ids are safe short tokens; the stream goes through the /api compressor; replay keeps end frames for 30 minutes
- QueueStatusBridge returns an app-neutral camelCase RunStatus instead of a CIPP-shaped row
- unit, orchestration-harness, compression and docker e2e coverage
