変更概要

Python 3.15.0（2026-10-09 リリース）をサポート範囲に加えるための変更です。

• requires-python を >=3.11,<3.16 に広げ、Trove classifier に 3.15 を追加
• pytest.yml / pytest_win.yml の CI マトリクスに 3.15 を追加
• README・ドキュメントのサポート範囲表記とバッジを 3.11〜3.15 に更新（バッジ文字列を検証する test/docs/test_mkdocs_social_meta.py も追従）
• uv.lock の requires-python を再生成（依存バージョンの変更なし）

このプルリクでできていないこと

現時点では 3.15 ジョブは uv sync の段階で失敗する見込みです。 手元の Python 3.15 環境で同期を試したところ、次のエラーになりました。

error: Distribution `ortools==9.15.6755` can't be installed because it doesn't have a source distribution or wheel for the current platform
hint: You're using CPython 3.15 (`cp315`), but `ortools` (v9.15.6755) only has wheels with the following Python ABI tags: `cp311`, `cp312`, `cp313`, `cp313t`, `cp314`, `cp314t`

ネイティブ依存の cp315 ホイール提供状況（PyPI、2026-10-15 時点）:

ortools が cp315 ホイールを出すまでは 3.15 対応をマージできないため、このプルリクはそれまでドラフトのまま置いておく想定です。ortools 対応後も、numpy は python_version マーカーで分岐、pandas は 2.x の cp315 ホイール待ちか 3.x への移行検討が必要になります。

テスト結果

• Windows 11 / Python 3.11.14（uv 管理）で uv run python -m pytest test/ -m 'not (browser or binary)' -n auto を実行 → 521 passed, 4 skipped（バッジ検証テストの追従修正後は全件パス）
• Windows 11 / Python 3.15.0rc2（uv 管理）で uv sync --extra test --extra format --extra package --extra docs を実行 → 上記の ortools エラーで失敗
• CI の 3.11〜3.14 ジョブは従来どおり通る見込み、3.15 ジョブは Sync dependencies で失敗する見込み
